When people share your goal, give them the tools to do their part, especially information; tell people everything you possibly can. “The more they know, the more they’ll understand,” Walton said. “The more they understand, the more they’ll care. Information is power, and the gain you get from empowering your associates more than offsets the risk of informing your competitors.”
